EXPERIENCE
Jean trained as a Yoga teacher and teaches groups and individuals in schools, day centres, residential care centres, as well as health clubs throughout Dublin, Wicklow and Wexford.
Jean's study of psychology led to an interest in learning difficulties. Having completed the IYA Teacher Training in this area, she has developed specialised programmes for children and adults with learning difficulties, with very favourable results.
In 1998, Jean was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy and trained as a Craniosacral Therapist with the Upledger Institute.
Jean now practices as a Craniosacral Therapist and Yoga teacher, specialising in therapy for autism, ADD/ADHD and other learning difficulties.
